Returns:
- Duration: Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- If any items are missing from your order, you must provide an unboxing or unpacking video to our customer support team.

Refunds:
- Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
- For COD orders, we will either issue a cheque or process an IMPS transfer, based on your preference.

Cancellations:

- Orders for which dispatch details and tracking codes have been shared cannot be cancelled.

- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for an identical item, please email us at care@brandsofbia.com and send the item to our designated return address.
Gifts:
- If you received an item marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you would get a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned gift item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
